Getting Started

What does Suofeiya USA do?+−
We design and manufacture fully custom cabinetry and whole-home interiors — kitchens, closets and wardrobes, bathroom vanities, interior doors, wall panels, laundry room cabinetry, and loose furniture. Everything is made to your exact dimensions and finish selections, then shipped and installed.
Do you work with homeowners, or only trade and builders?+−
Both. Homeowners work with our design team on a single home, and we also run a retail channel and architecture-services program for designers, builders, and developers doing volume. Tell us which you are when you reach out and we’ll route you to the right team.
How do I start a project?+−
The fastest path is to request a quote or book a call. Share your space (rough dimensions or a floor plan, photos help), the rooms you’re tackling, and your style direction. A designer takes it from there.

Design & Customization

How customizable is the cabinetry?+−
Fully. Layout, dimensions, door styles, finishes, hardware, internal organization, and lighting are all specified per project — nothing is off-the-shelf. We design around your space rather than asking you to design around stock sizes.
Can you match a specific style or an existing piece?+−
In most cases, yes. Bring reference images, a finish you love, or a photo of what you already have, and the design team will spec the closest match our materials and finishes allow.
Will I see what it looks like before I commit?+−
Yes. Your designer produces drawings and a detailed specification before anything goes to production, so you approve the layout, finishes, and pricing first.
How tall can a cabinet or panel be?+−
The longest single panel is 2,800 mm, about 9.1 feet, on MDF. Particle board runs to about 7 feet before a joint is needed. Within those limits we cut to the size you need.
What do you do with very tall ceilings?+−
On 12 or 13 foot ceilings we stack the kitchen in layers: base cabinets, backsplash, wall cabinets, then fixed decorative panels above that look like doors. They give a built-in, uniform look. We don’t recommend loading full-size cabinets that high. Nobody reaches them every day, and a wall cabinet can only carry so much weight.
Is every cabinet really made to measure?+−
Yes, within the size limits above. A few special units have tighter limits on changes, such as a corner cabinet that is glass on two sides and solid on the other two. Your designer will tell you early if something you want is one of them.
Why is there a small grill under some glass wall cabinets?+−
It is a vent. Wet dishes put away in a closed glass cabinet can fog the glass, and the grill lets air move through so the doors stay clear.
How do sliding wardrobe doors work?+−
The door panels overlap as they slide past each other. Your designer will confirm the panel count and layout for your opening.

Pricing & Quotes

How much does a project cost?+−
It depends on the rooms, sizes, materials, and finishes — a single wardrobe and a full kitchen are very different. Send your space and selections and we’ll prepare an itemized quote. For ballpark figures on a specific room, ask the AI bar above.
Is the quote itemized?+−
Yes. Quotes break out cabinetry, hardware, and shipping/logistics so you can see exactly what you’re paying for and adjust scope if needed.
How accurate is the first estimate?+−
It is a conceptual estimate. Until the final design is done, expect it to move by about 10 to 15 percent either way, depending on what you end up choosing. A change such as swapping a plain finish for fluted panels will raise the price, and your designer will tell you each time a design decision changes it, so you can keep it or go back.

Shipping, Lead Times & Installation

How long does a project take?+−
Lead time runs from design approval through manufacturing and freight. Timelines vary by scope and season, so your designer will give you a schedule with your quote. Ask the AI bar for a current estimate on your room type.
How is everything shipped?+−
Finished cabinetry ships by container and is delivered door to door.
Do you handle installation?+−
We coordinate installation and provide detailed specs and drawings for your installer. If you don’t have one, tell us your location and we’ll point you in the right direction.

Materials & Warranty

What materials and finishes do you offer?+−
A broad range of cabinet boards, door fronts, finishes, and hardware. Your designer will walk you through the options that fit your look and budget, including durability and care for each.
Is there a warranty?+−
Yes — our cabinetry is warranted against manufacturing defects. Ask our team for the specific terms that apply to your order, or use the AI bar above for a quick summary.
Can I mix finishes across series?+−
Finishes can be mixed within a collection family. Kitchen series panels work with other kitchen series, wardrobe series with other wardrobe series, and Full House series carry across both kitchens and wardrobes.
Are the drawers wood or metal?+−
Wood drawers come standard. Metal drawer systems are an upgrade, and your designer will include them in the quote if you choose them.
